As a hotelier, she has owned, designed and managed three award winning boutique hotels (Blakes London, Blakes Amsterdam, The Hempel) which showcase her personal signature style.

His cuisine is defined as New Italian Style, characterise by its innovative approach to Piedmontese and Italian traditions. The dishes are distinguished for their unique forms and textures, in addition to his attention to detail and the high quality of his ingredients.
